This season there have been far too many of these games that are just so bad you can’t even take anything from them.
What’s the lesson learned tonight? Don’t take so many penalties? Don’t allow guys to get open on the far side of the ice?
Those should be basics. Not things learned throughout a season. There is nothing worth taking from this game, which means the whole thing was a waste.
