Red Wings Sign Cleary to Extension

It was announced during Red Wings Live pregame that the Red Wings have signed Dan Cleary to a five-year contract extension. The deal is worth $14 million for a cap hit of $2.8 million per season.

Cleary is currently injured but expects to be back with six games remaining in the season.

Clark founded the site that would become DetroitHockey.Net in September of 1996 with no idea what it would lead to. He continues to write for the site and executes the site's design and development.
