Dominik Shine and Danny DeKeyser are the only players to have worn #65 for Detroit. Shine played in Detroit’s 65th game last season, a 7-3 win over Buffalo, but it was at home and he was wearing #50 at the time.

DeKeyser played in the Red Wings’ 65th game six times. The lone win of that set was at home against Edmonton in 2015. The other five games were all road losses; at Columbus in 2014, at Chicago in 2016, at Boston in 2017, at Minnesota in 2018, and at Arizona in 2019.
