Opening this thread up with no game notes. We’re looking at a 7:00 start. I might be a little late to the show.
Frustrating game. Wings will have one really solid shift followed by one really, really sloppy one. And when they do string something together, Mason comes up big.
Raffy put that on a f*cking tee for him. Jesus Christ.

When the Wings were in Columbus’ end, my brother kept saying, “There’s a goal coming, there’s a goal coming!’
And everytime he says that, the opposite team scores. How is that for bad luck?
Now I’m panicking.

I think I’m done paying attention to the game, now.
I’ve been waiting all year for det to tighten up the D. I hate to say it but there is noooo way we can repeat if we continue to give up so many goals a game. Horrible defense and no goalie who can stand on his head and take control of a game for us.
Well, I turned it back on after playing video games during the intermission and I’m turning it off again.
Next game against Columbus better go better, it’s my first of three games in a two weeks.

I just hope we don’t face these guys in the playoffs AND I hope Babcock uses his AHL players liberally (in the playoffs)….Osgood should have had some of those, sorry to say. I’m seeing no sense of urgency (from the players on the ice). Is that good or bad?
Columbus kills the double-minor. Four minutes of power play and the Wings barely got set up.
Agreed, no urgency by anyone in the Wings lineup. Like they don’t care at all tonight.
Canucks had better win.

I caught most of the first on the radio. Turns out my sister is at the game. She’s the gamewrecker right now.
Fil should have passed back to Hudler on that last rush. Funny, he wasn’t shooting all season and this time he did but should have passed.
It was unexpected and seemed like it was right after the other one. I was angry because I looked up and BAM! it hit me like a cement truck doing 105.
I’m really not that innocent.
