Why can’t we play like this more often?
While we have played well at times (during this game), mostly I think we’ve been lucky (and Howard has been pretty good)…They’ll have to be better to retain their advantage, but that said, I’ll take it!! The Wings are rarely “lucky”, it seems to me.
What a bunch of whiners these Ducks are….I really don’t like them…the only time I’d ever support them would be if they were playing Pittsburgh….

Something you don’t see the Wings do in games where they’ve fallen behind is take to fighting….
Let”s see if we can hold this lead….
I thought for sure that the Wings were going to get their asses handed to them tonight. I was so sure, that I figured I’d only half watch the game and spend my night playing SimCity. So much for that plan.
As I tweeted after what then looked like Abdelkader’s fourth goal, “I think my brain blew a fuse.” This Wings team was so much more efficient than the one on Wednesday. Abdelkader looked like an entirely different player than we’ve ever seen. It’s hard to reconcile those two polar opposite views of the team.
