Man, in the past few years the Wings have just been unable to avoid knee injuries. Fischer last year, Yzerman, Chelios, and now Hatcher.
I don’t remember injuries coming up this much back in the ’90s and before. I’ve never heard of Gordie Howe tearing his ACL. How is this all happening now?
