What the hell was up with the refs tonight? It’s been bad all year but this was ridiculous! The penalty the Cheli in the third that led to Carolina’s game-winner never shoud have been called. The refs seriously botched this one. Anyone know where teams send tapes that they want reviewed to? I want to send this whole game in.
And what about all the calls that SHOULD have gone against the ‘Canes and didn’t? How many times was Cujo interfered with, not to mention all the skaters? This was probably the worst officiating I have ever seen in my life. Come on, the ‘Canes were Cup Finalists, they don’t need “help” from the refs to win! Damn, they ruined that game, and it started out with such promising intensity, too! Actually, they’re ruining the whole sport. I am completely appalled. And that moron coach from New Jersey the other night actually had the nerve to say that refs are biased in FAVOR of Detroit. What universe is he living in? Don’t know where the tapes are supposed to go, but I sure hope Lewi sends this one in. If these weren’t my Red Wings whom I know and love, I wouldn’t even want to watch hockey anymore- the officials are DESTROYING it.
