  • Obviously the first period could have been better.  Some defensive lapses, but at least they got some scoring?  We’ll see if things calm down a bit in the second and what that means for the momentum.

  • Hell of a second period.  Power play really on fire right now. And it sucks, but that was the right call to bring back the Datsyuk high-stick goal.  Don’t love that the Eaves goal was called back, not sure if it was that the ref lost sight of the puck or that he considered Luongo in possession.

  • Hell, I have no idea, but gotta be more recent than that since I think some Wings defenseman had five points in a game recently.
