Scott Nichol is out for the Predators with a broken thumb. He’ll miss the rest of the series. Nashville will try to get David Legwand back from his foot injury for today’s game but if Legwand can’t go then former Red Wing Josh Langfeld will get the call-up.
The Red Wings don’t expect to have any lineup changes today.
I had another hockey dream last night, this one with the Red Wings leading 3-2 late in the third period. It worked last time, we’ll see about this one.
Right on Clark. Go WINGS. A few of the other series are showing signs they could go long. A RED WINGS win today could be HUGE. Go WINGS ….. and Keep it Simple. Lets see some secondary scoring today, Ugly goals too.
Heaven forbid NBC have a pregame show, I’ve been stuck watching snowboarding ’cause nothing else is on TV. Of course, it’s not like I want to hear the talking heads talk for a half-hour more anyway. Lets just get this going.

It’s not so much the content, but someone was misreading their crystal ball when they decided to use a Canucks player to promote the playoffs. I’m not sure if it’ll get shown again. It was basically the same cliche-ridden script as the others. (I know there should be an accent, but I can’t be bothered).
