Osgood gets the start tonight after Hasek started four in a row.
Holmstrom remains out, as do Cleary and McCarty. Chelios is back so Meech and Lebda will sit. From here on out, it’s pretty much Lebda, Lilja and Chelios battling for the final two spots, with Meech the odd-man-out.
Dallas Drake will be playing his 1000th career NHL game.
Maltby gets the Wings on the board. One-timer from right in front, barely across the line. Drake gets his 300th career assist in his milestone game.
I think Drake could have been called on a trip right before that, a bit of luck there.
And Bourque evens it up. Way to blow the defensive coverage. Lilja was out there but I don’t think I can blame him.
Big, big goal by Datsyuk. Absolutely rifled on net (aided by a lucky bounce) after a great steal.
I can’t believe the ‘Hawks took so long to pull Crawford. The ENG is a huge goal, Chicago was pressuring too much.
