Brad Stuart will not be in the lineup tonight. He's on his way back to Detroit after his wife, Melissa, gave birth to a son in California. Stuart will be back in the lineup for Game Two, with Andreas Lilja taking his place alongside Niklas Kronwall tonight.
Other than that, the Red Wings are making no lineup changes.
Forsberg's out! I may be able to watch the first period, but then I have to go to bed.
Sobotka twirled an octopus in the zamboni entrance. Way to go Al! Show 'em you can't kill our traditions!
I can't believe I have to go to bed. I'd be knackered all day otherwise. Good night.
Hopefully you won't miss much.
I can't believe how much room the Avs have been giving the Wings. Not complaining about it, of course, but it feels like the Wings have moved around more in the offensive zone this first period than they did in the whole Nashville series.
Oooh, weak goal. Hate to see that. Don't let the Avs back in.
Quiet night in here.
Wings looking a little better after slowing down following Franzen's second goal. A little.
f*ck me, could see that one coming. Ozzie still almost got it.
Wings are totally on their heels. They look like they just quit.
Man...
I was starting to think they didn't even belong in the same rink until their little come back... scarrryyyy.
Again, some more great chances. Budaj playing a great game. Need one on this power play.
For those that missed it, Osgood's save with 8 seconds left...

Bloody hell, they didn't half make it hard on themselves. Great performance by Ozzie.
