Misconduct

Wings' Woes Continue

After the Red Wings' horrible performances on Wednesday and Thursday, I didn't even bother watching on Saturday. I had family-related stuff to attend to and that was more important.

Turns out, I missed what could have been a decent game.

The Detroit News game recap doesn't say much (it's an AP piece) but one of the previews on their badly-formatted RSS feed says "The Edmonton Oilers took advantage of some lucky breaks Saturday night."

If that's to be trusted, it's good to hear that Edmonton got scoring from luck rather than real Detroit screw-ups. Maybe it means that the Red Wings are coming back around.

After two losses in a row we should be extremely hungry. We need a win!

We continue to start the game by going in the box. Two penaltys already, come on refs!

Not quite sure what was going on with Markov and Z on that play. He should have left the ice, and damn it can we clear the net!

The Oilers look like they have been on the power play for the last 7 min. Meanwhile we look like crap!

It was nice to see Markov and Kronner throwing the body around. However this makes three in a row! Guys get your S%^t together!
