Gustav Nyquist joined the long list of the Red Wings’ walking wounded today, as it was revealed that he is day-to-day with a groin injury.
By my count, Nyquist is the fifteenth Detroit player to miss time due to injury this season. Darren Helm and Stephen Weiss have missed time twice for seventeen total injuries.
