Now outside the playoff picture looking in, the Red Wings visit the Nashville Predators tonight looking to regain control of their postseason fate.

The big news from Nashville is that the Predators are expected to debut Swedish forward Filip Forsberg, acquired at the trade deadline for Martin Erat.

Jimmy Howard will get the start in goal and you can expect at least one change on the blue line from Friday’s loss to the Blackhawks, and possibly a change up front.

Stupid stat of the game: The Red Wings are 1-1 in Nashville in April regular season games all-time.

Game time is 7:30 PM on FSD.
